Guacamole
3 avocados, peeled and pitted
1 lime, juiced
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
½ yellow onion
1 roma tomato
1 jalapeño
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Place avocado, lime juice, and garlic in large bowl. Mash mixture to desired consistency.
- Dice onion, tomato, and jalapeño.
- Add all remaining ingredients to avocado mixture. Stir until combined.
- Refrigerate for one hour for best flavor, but if you can’t wait, enjoy immediately!

Mango Salsa
1 champagne mango
1 lime, juiced
¼ yellow onion
1-2 jalapeños
¼ cup chopped cilantro
- Peel mango and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice onion and jalapeños.
- Stir together all ingredients.
- Enjoy! This salsa can be enjoyed multiple ways: with chips, on tacos, in a salad, or served over chicken or fish.
